My career has many facets. I’m a college professor who teaches interior design, an in-demand speaker appearing at conferences nationwide, and a published author. My first book, Interior Motives, Designing a Career With Passion, is available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and all major retailers.
However, my first love has always been interior design.
My career has spanned over 30 years, and in those 30 years, I have worked on every type of project imaginable. Many high-end clients have worked with me for years on multiple projects. These clients engage me because they know my aesthetic, style, and extensive experience. My clients understand that I bring her flair and personalized customer service to every project.
My extensive educational background, training, and experience in all aspects of design and retail, from flooring, wallpaper, paint, and custom window treatments, allow me to develop every element of a project. Owning a workroom and design showroom and a knowledgeable team enables me to specify a project from floor to ceiling!

My position as an installed designer at the Boston Design Center and my ongoing training and education helped me stay on top of the latest trends in interior design. My relationships with vendors and manufacturers mean I can source the high-end products my customers demand in their luxury homes and businesses.
My clients understand that her extensive experience, and light, airy, sophisticated design aesthetic, make her an excellent choice for their projects. My Interior design services focus on new construction, model homes, and large renovation projects. I am currently accepting luxury interior design projects. Because my time is split between teaching and speaking engagements, I take on a limited number of projects annually.
For contractors and developers, My firm, Debbe Daley Designs, is experienced in working with project teams, including architects, builders, and contractors.
My focus is on large, full-service interior design projects.
Full-Service Projects include:
Design Consultation – I will meet with you to determine your design aesthetic, personal needs, and family lifestyle.
Measurements of your home – Once engaged, my team will take measurements of your home or addition, beginning the design process.
Detailed Scope of Design Direction and Project
Floor Plan – A detailed floor plan, including furniture placement and materials, is developed.
Full Design Presentation – Once a plan is developed, I’ll present it to the homeowner for approval
A Full-Service Project Plan Includes Furniture selection, color scheme, lighting, wall art, and accessories selection, and samples of proposed materials.
