Manchester by the sea

Interior design for new construction of private oceanside home.  Project included selection of paint color, cabinets, countertops, flooring, wallpaper, handmade area rugs, furnishings, fabrics and all things interior. Room layouts and furniture floor plans were utilized in working with contractors and construction crew. At the client’s request utilizing incorporating a few of their favorite family heirlooms with new furnishings were key. Antiquing excursions to accessorize the home made this project one of our favorites

Long Pond View Estates

New construction model home for contractor.  The main goal in staging this property was to appeal to every potential buyer’s age group.

Project details included working with contractors from framed construction to finish property resulting in a move-in-ready product. Flooring, cabinets, countertops, lighting, paint selections and all accessories were included in this vacant home staging project.
