Daley Designs Fee Schedule 01/10
PAINT CONSULTATIONS$95.00 Flat Rate (first hour). Consists of designer assisting client in choosing interior paint colors. Designer will bring large selection of 4" paint sample colors to clients home and work with existing decor to achieve optimum color flow throughout the interior space. (Billed in ½ hr. increments after 1st hour).
New Construction - Paint Consults $120.00 per hour.
INITIAL DECORATING CONSULTATIONS
$95.00 for first hour / each hour thereafter billed in ½ hr. increments
Initial consultations consist of the designer viewing the space or spaces client desires to decorate. The designer takes extensive notes of existing furnishings, fabrics, wall color, etc. in which the client wishes to work with, also making suggestions during the viewing process, and taking digital pictures if necessary. Various client items are collected during the viewing process for utilization in the decorating search for the perfect fabrics, wallpapers, paint colors, flooring, etc. to complete the client's project, and then shown at the follow up presentation.
Depending upon client location, a $25.00 travel fee may apply
FOLLOW-UP PRESENTATION: $95.00 / hr. first hour
each hour thereafter billed in ½ hr. increments
The follow-up presentation consists of presenting design items found for the clients particular
design project. Follow-up presentations are scheduled approx. 1 to 2 weeks after initial consultation. This allows the designer time to search for the perfect designs items. Fabrics, wallpapers, paint color, window treatment styles, furniture, area rugs, flooring samples, etc. are just a few of the design elements that may be covered during the follow-up presentation.
ONE DAY ROOM REDESIGNS: $400.00 per room (for most rooms)
$575.00 for combination rooms (i.e., living/dining room) or certain circumstances
We begin with a quick visit to your home to view your room or rooms, and to discuss what your expectations are for the room. The actual room redesign visit will consist of using your existing furniture and accessories through rearranging, re-hanging, and re-accessorizing with your own furnishings, to create a new space that reflects your personality and creates harmony and balance in the room. This is achieved without the need for additional purchases.

FLOOR PLANS / FURNITURE PLACEMENT DESIGNS: $95.00 per diagram/layout showing existing furniture placement or new furniture placement in your specific room as well as adding additional furniture pieces and accessories to complete the layout. This will aid in assuring furnishings will fit in the appropriate space. FURNITURE & ACCESSORY SHOPPING SERVICES: $95.00 per hour
Shopping services are offered at a rate of $95.00 per hour. Especially after a room redesign, some suggestions may be made to enhance your new space. If you don't have time, this is a great way to complete your space. This also includes time spent putting the project together, office time and showroom time if necessary.
During this time, the designer will shop together with client or alone. Digital pictures will be taken if necessary and fabrics chosen during this time to work with client's style and decor.
REAL ESTATE STAGING: $100.00 per hour (billed in ½ hr. increments after 1st hr.)

NEW CONSTRUCTION AND MODEL HOMES; $100.00 per hour
We will work with the builder or agent from the beginning stages from choosing all surfaces, flooring, kitchen cabinets, countertops, lighting, to paint color, window treatments, furniture and accessories. Interiors from beginning to end.

HOLIDAY & SPECIAL OCCASION DECORATING: Fees will vary In home showers, weddings, parties or special occasions can get overwhelming. Daley Designs is here to help through accessories, redesigns for the day, and special added touches may be all it takes to make your special occasion a memorable event.
PRESENTATIONS & WORKSHOPS: Fees will vary beginning @ $100 and up
Special presentations and workshops are also available for special group meetings, subjects may vary. Room redesign, accessory placement, color presentations, getting your home ready to sell and marketing techniques. Presentations geared towards your group's needs.
INTERIOR REDESIGN & HOME STAGING CLASSES:

QUOTATIONS:
After the follow-up presentation, price quotations would be submitted to the client, via email, fax, or mail, for the various projects agreed upon.
PROJECT TERMS:
Once quotations are accepted, a 50% deposit is due upon placing custom orders.
Balance is due upon completion or delivery.
Consult fees due day of appointment and depending on project.
Installation fees may apply and are added to final invoice.
Shipping and freight charges added to invoice.
Retainer fee is required with shopping service and project research.

VACATION HOME REMODELING AND DECORATINGThis is a service that we offer to clients who have vacation homes throughout the county. Most times when a vacation home is purchased there is some remodeling or updating to be done. There is no feeling like the uncertainty of using contractors and vendors that you are unfamiliar with and unsure of their reputation for conducting business.
Furthermore when unfamiliar with your surroundings of a new area it is comforting to know that you have a professional with whom you are familiar with that you can rely on to complete your remodel or decorating project. Working with the client from the initial planning stages of the project to the final satisfied result hoped to be achieved by the client is our goal.
Debbe Daley of Daley Designs will do the research for you on products and services needed to achieve the results you expect. Debbe's extensive professional background in all aspects of interiors and working with subcontractors and vendors is her specialty.
How the process works:
An initial visit to the property for a consultation with the clients.
Researching services and products discussed to complete the project.
A project presentation will then be given to the client with an estimate of project costs.
Physically on site daily to ensure that the project meets deadlines for completion.
You can be assured that our services will take the worry and stress away from the owner of the property to allow them to conduct their daily lives and know that when their ready to vacation in their new space it will be move-in ready.
